Matthew Viva is a graduate of the UNC School of Law, and is a practicing attorney with Stuart Law Firm, PLLC in downtown Raleigh. He focuses his practice on aiding small and medium sized businesses in manners of employment law and intellectual property, including data security. He is currently a sitting member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Data and Privacy Security Committee, and wrote for the Journal of Law and Technology at UNC. This is a two step registration.
